ONLINE THERAPY IN ENGLISH & SPANISH
You might be anxious and exhausted. Something from years ago might still be affecting you now. You might have lost confidence in yourself, feel overwhelmed by motherhood or menopause, be struggling with the pressure of performing, or be trying to work out where you belong after moving away from home.
And sometimes? You just know you don’t feel like you.
I offer warm, down-to-earth online therapy in English and Spanish, with particular experience in anxiety, burnout, trauma, women’s mental health, performance anxiety and the emotional side of living abroad.
You don’t need to decide which box you fit into before you get in touch. We can work that bit out together.

HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU
When your mind just won’t switch off.

Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic. Sometimes it’s overthinking everything, never quite relaxing, feeling constantly overwhelmed or being so used to pushing through that exhaustion has become your normal.
Online therapy can help you understand what’s driving the anxiety, stress or burnout — and begin finding a different way through it.
When the past keeps showing up in the present.

Sometimes experiences from years ago continue to affect how you feel, react, form relationships or see yourself today — even when you thought you’d left them behind.
As a trauma-informed psychotherapist, I offer a safe space to explore past experiences and the patterns they may have created, without rushing you to talk about anything before you’re ready.
When you don’t quite feel like yourself anymore.

Motherhood, fertility, pregnancy loss, perimenopause, menopause and other big life changes can affect far more than we sometimes expect — including our relationships, identity and how we feel about ourselves.
Therapy gives you somewhere to talk about your experience of it, rather than how you think you should be coping.
When doing what you love starts to feel frightening.

Performance anxiety, stage fright, perfectionism, auditions and the pressures of a musical career can begin to change your relationship with performing.
As both a psychotherapist and professional musician, I understand that world from the inside — and offer therapy for musicians at all stages of their careers.
When home isn’t quite as simple as one place anymore.

Moving abroad can bring adventure & opportunity — but also loneliness, homesickness, cultural differences & questions about where you belong.
I understand personally what it can mean to build a life between countries and cultures, and offer online therapy for people navigating change, identity and life away from home.
When you need to talk in the language that feels like home.

I offer online therapy in Spanish and English for Spanish-speaking clients across the UK, Europe and Latin America.
You can speak in whichever language feels most natural — or move between the two. Because sometimes the right words don't arrive in the language you expected them to.
Not quite sure where you fit? You don’t need to be.
You might recognise yourself in one of these areas, several of them, or none of them exactly.
Therapy doesn’t have to begin with a label — it can simply begin with a conversation about what life feels like for you right now.

A LITTLE ABOUT HOW I WORK
Therapy with a bit more
life experience behind it.
I didn’t come to psychotherapy without a few chapters of my own.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent around 20 years working as a professional orchestral musician. I’ve lived between countries and cultures, experienced the joys and challenges of motherhood, and I’ve sat on the other side of the therapy room too.
All of that comes with me into the way I work.
I’m an integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapist and BACP member, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches rather than expecting one way of working to suit everyone. But just as importantly, I bring curiosity, warmth, humour when it’s appropriate, and a genuine interest in the person sitting in front of me.
Because therapy isn’t about being analysed or “fixed”. It’s about having somewhere you can be completely yourself — and someone alongside you who really wants to understand your story.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch — but it helps to know the basics.
Here are some of the questions people often ask before starting therapy with me.
Online therapy sessions are £60 for 60 minutes. Before booking your first session, I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can have a chat, you can ask any questions and we can see whether working together feels right.
I currently offer online therapy, so you can join your session from somewhere private and comfortable wherever you’re based. Rosefields Therapy is rooted in Glossop, High Peak, where I previously offered face-to-face psychotherapy. I plan to return to in-person work in Glossop in the future, but for now all sessions take place online.
Yes. I offer online therapy in English and Spanish and work with English and Spanish-speaking clients across the UK, Europe and Latin America. If you’re bilingual, you don’t have to pick one language and stick to it either — we can work in whichever language feels most natural to you.
Each therapy session lasts 60 minutes. Sessions are usually arranged regularly at a time that works for us both, although we can talk about what frequency would be most helpful for you when we first meet.
There isn’t a set number because everyone comes to therapy for different reasons. Some people want support with something specific, while others find that longer-term therapy gives them the space they need to explore things more deeply. We can talk about what you’re hoping to get from therapy and review how things are going as we work together.
Sometimes, family/friends can even be part of an underlying issue which needs to be aired and discussed. Usually, people who ask this question are nervous about coming for a session alone, or they are anxious for the person who is thinking about arranging sessions. This anxiety is quite normal, and you will not be forced to talk about anything you feel uncomfortable about - but you do need to be able to talk about whatever is important. For this reason, I do not see clients accompanied by friends or family
It’s simply a chance for us to meet and see whether we might be a good fit.
You can tell me a little about what has brought you to therapy, ask questions and get a feel for what it’s like talking to me. There’s no obligation to book a therapy session afterwards.
Not at all. You might arrive knowing exactly what you want to talk about. You might have several things going on at once. Or you might simply know that you don’t feel quite like yourself at the moment. You don’t need to work it all out before you come. That’s something we can begin exploring together.
STILL HAVE A QUESTION?
You can always just ask me.
If there’s something you’d like to know before deciding whether therapy feels right for you, get in touch. There’s no such thing as a silly question.
